Everything at Heavy Leather Printing Press is individually hand-printed, packed, and shipped by yours truly.
Orders generally ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. I'm a one-man operation, so your patience is appreciated!
All orders ship via USPS, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Whenever possible, multiple items will be shipped together to keep postage costs down.
Currently shipping within the United States only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information when available.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please get in touch!
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the merchandise is in the same condition in which it arrived, without additional wear or washing.
Please contact me before returning anything so we can arrange the details.
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable.
If I've sent the wrong item or something arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, contact me and I'll work with you to make it right, including covering appropriate return shipping costs.
A WORD ABOUT UPCYCLED CLOTHING
Many of the hoodies and other garments sold here are secondhand items that have been cleaned and given a new lease on life.
Some may show minor signs of previous wear. That's part of their history! Any significant imperfections will be noted in the product description.
Because these garments are individually sourced, exact replacements and size exchanges generally aren't possible.
